Warranty:
Twelve months covering parts and labour, starting on the date of purchase. Excludes general maintenance and issues arising from the grinder's neglect and misuse. Warranty claims must be made to Genius Coffee Equipment, and Genius-certified technicians will perform warranty services.
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days of the purchase. Proof of purchase is required, and the unit(s) must be in the same condition as when they were purchased. Special orders and custom grinders are non-returnable.
Ordering procedure:
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-6 weeks for the order to be processed and ready for pick-up or shipping from Burnaby, BC.
Shipping:
Genius Coffee Equipment is located in Burnaby, BC, and grinders can be shipped across Canada for additional shipping fees.

Fantastic group of people that truly know their craft. I have an older machine that unfortunately doesn't have parts available anymore. Despite this, the team at Genius Coffee spent time with me and helped me diagnose the issues. They spent lots of time explaining the way the machine works, communicating technical details and inspected the machine. In the end, I just needed to replace a broken o-ring. The part was a couple of bucks. They invested lots of time in helping me, so while they didn't make money on this transaction, they've won a customer for life!!! I couldn't recommend this place more.
