CONDITIONS APPLYING TO PRICE MATCHING:
Price matching must be specifically requested at the time of purchase. Any price matching requests made after the transaction has been completed cannot be honored.
Price matching policy is strictly limited to identical items, such as size, model, quantity, brand, color, and condition. We will not make any exceptions to this rule.
The price match must be posted on the website of a manufacturer-authorized dealer. We cannot match prices offered by wholesalers, manufacturing partners, non-retailers, or retailers operating outside of the local site where you are getting the quote from (US/Canada).
When a price match is requested, the matched items must be in stock at the Authorized Retailer at a lower price (no rainchecks).
The price match will be equal to the competitor's offer (item price, taxes, shipping expenses, etc.). We do not offer further discounts on top of the price match pricing.

Fantastic group of people that truly know their craft. I have an older machine that unfortunately doesn't have parts available anymore.
Despite this, the team at Genius Coffee spent time with me and helped me diagnose the issues. They spent lots of time explaining the way the machine works, communicating technical details and inspected the machine.
In the end, I just needed to replace a broken o-ring. The part was a couple of bucks. They invested lots of time in helping me, so while they didn't make money on this transaction, they've won a customer for life!!!
