Keep Your Home Espresso Machine in Top Shape

At Genius Equipment, we’re here to help you keep your home espresso machine running smoothly. Here's what you need to know about our service process:

For Machines Not Covered by Warranty:

  1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $135 is required to diagnose your machine.
  2. Diagnosis Time: It may take 2 to 3 weeks to diagnose your machine.
  3. Approval Process:
    • If estimated repairs are under $350, we will proceed without contacting you for approval.
    • If the estimate is over $350, we will email you the Cost Approval Proposal (CAP) for your approval before proceeding with repairs.

How to Send Your Machine for Service:

  • Drop Off: Bring your machine to our Vancouver location:

    Burnaby, BC V5B 1R4
    Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Ship: You can also ship your machine to us, and we’ll ship it back once the service is complete.

For Warranty Service:
Please contact your supplier directly to open a warranty ticket and follow their process.
