Just like many others, we have felt the impact of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic to our normal business procedures, and have made changes to navigate through these uncertain times. The safety of our customers, staff, and community will always remain at the utmost importance.
To ensure the wellbeing of everyone involved we have implemented the following procedures and policies:Â
CURRENT STORE HOURS: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm, and Saturday 10:00am - 2:00pm
We are open for machine repairs and retail sales. Any visits after these operating hours are by appointment only. Please call 604-298-9600.
OFFICE HOURS: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm, and Saturday 10:00am - 2:00pm.
We are available to answer all phone calls regarding any inquiries or questions.
CONTACTLESS PROCEDURES: Please call 604-298-9600 upon your arrival at our Burnaby storefront. We are completing all interactions and transactions (including retail sales and machine repair orders) over the phone and in a contactless matter.Â
SANITIZATION OF MACHINES: Upon the receival of machines and any included items for repair at our Burnaby storefront, we thoroughly clean and sanitize the machine before it is in contact with our technicians.
STAFF CLEANLINESS: Our staff has increased the frequency of hand sanitization, and the sanitization of high-volume areas within our office. Technicians sanitize before and after they are in contact with each machine for repair on their workbench.
SERVICE CALLS: Our technicians are available to visit locations for field service calls on machines during our 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday hours. We are only scheduling services on an emergency repair basis and not for general maintenance visits. One technician will be going to each call, and will be wearing protective equipment such as gloves and a mask for the duration of their time at the service call location.
COMMERCIAL SALES: For the inquiry or wholesale sales of Minor Figures oat m*lk or Sanremo Espresso machines, they are being done in a precautionary and appointment-only manner.Â
IN-HOUSE STAFF: Staff are working from home and working at our Burnaby storefront on a rotational basis. This ensures that we can run efficiently to best serve our customers, but also keep the safety of all involved parties at the highest priority.
In the event a staff is infected with:
1. We will quarantine all staffs not working remotely for 2 weeks
2. Phone and emails are going to be answered remotely
3. We will contact all customers in which one of us had contact with by looking at past invoices and work orders for the last wee.
